With a career that spans boardrooms, blueprints, and boots-on-the-ground execution, I bring a unique blend of executive expertise and entrepreneurial experience to every client I work with.
I’ve spent more than two decades leading transformation across industries—from Fortune 500s to private equity-backed companies and startups—guiding organizations through strategic pivots, process redesign, technology overhauls, PMO builds, and cultural change. I’ve held VP-level roles in transformation, finance, communication, and operations, and I know what it takes to lead from the inside, not just consult from the outside.
I also know what it takes to build something of your own. As the founder of multiple ventures—including a newly launched small business backed by $2 million in funding—I understand the hustle, heart, and high stakes behind every big decision. I’ve done the work of visioning, pitching, building, and delivering—and I bring that same clarity and momentum to every client I support.
